Explosion Proof
Motors
We are distributor of Euromotori S.r.l. and sell among others explosion proof motors.
The motors are certified after ATEX N. 2014/34/EU, that means, that the motors are flame-protected and explosion proof. They are approved for explosion class II A up to IIC and for the following gas and dust zones:
Gas: Zone 1, 2 II 2G Ex db, Ex db eb IIB/IIC
Dust: Zone 21, 22 II 2D IP66 T 85 °C, T 100 °C, T 125 °C, T 155 °C
The motors are certified for temperature classes T3 to T6. They can be equipped with brakes, heaters, cooling and for different humidity classes (IP56 bis IP66). We cover a performance range from 0.12 up to 200 kW for the explosion proof motors, the motors can be realized with up to 8 poles. They are available in all common construction forms.
Special Windings and
Customized Motors
The application of a customized motor can be reasonable for special cases. We have in our assortment electric motors with extra long shaft, for e.g. stirring devices or for wind generation. The electric motors can be equipped with special bearings, windings, or for special voltage and frequencies and/or with external cooling or heating.
The application of special motors is reasonable for ambitious environments, as extreme hot/cold environment, for special flange connections, or with water cooling or for an adapted start-up behaviour. As necessary, we can also provide reluctance or synchronous motors, electric motors with standstill or driving brakes, with a second shaft end and multi-voltage motors.
Three Phase motors for a
line-operated or controlled working mode
We have in our assortment three phase motors of notable manufacturers. The three phase motors can be installed for line-operated or frequency-operated working mode. They are available for energy efficiency classes IE2 und IE3. We provide motors within a huge performance range from 0,12 up to 315 kW, the motors can be build with up to 8-poles.
In dependency to the requirements, we can also provide brakes, a temperature control, a feedback loop or a ventilation. For the connection can be chosen between terminal box, ICN or HAN plug.
AC Motors
We cover a performance range from 0,18 up to 315 kW in our AC motor assortment. The motors can be build with up to 8 poles and are available in all common construction forms (B3, B5, B14, ... ).
D.C. Motors for Non-Standard Application
We have in our assortment D.C. motors of notable manufacturers. We can cover a wide range from 1,1 to 300 kW.
The motors can be provided with e.g. brakes, thermal protectors, different cooling methods, as air cooling or fluid cooling. The D.C. motors are certified after IEC EN 60034-1.
