Frequency, Servo inverter, A.C. and D.C. Converter

We offer frequency, servo, a.c. and d.c. inverters in our product range of notable manufacturer. Our assortment of frequency inverter is very extensive from speed or torque contolled to position controlled inverters for single and multi-axis movements. The frequency inverters are for wall installation as well as cabinet installation. The inverters are for single and three phase usage and offer several interfaces, as IO-Link, CANOpen, , PROFIBUS, PROFINET, EtherNET/IP. The inverters are of course free programmable and can be combined with Keypads or WLAN modules.

We provide also frequency inverter for the outdoor area, that are protected optimally by the protection classes IP66 and NEMA 4X against dust and wet conditions. Thereby the usage of a protective cabinet can be avoided and the frequency inverter can be installed decentral in the outdoor area.

We have in our d.c. inverter assortment also single phase converter, that allow only 5A nominal current.

PID Controller, Vector Control and PLC Controls

We offer encoder, resolver and simple controler for the realization of simple controls. For the implementation of complex controls we can also provide vector controls.

The usage of PLCs is predestinated for an event based and complex automation. For this application, we offer controls, that can be controlled from PLCs and are combinable with panels and screens.  The controls are distinguished by a good maintainability and durability.

Line Chokes - for a Failure-Free Operation

If necessary, we use motor and / or line chokes in our drive systems. This enables us to minimize residual currents with our drive solutions and achieve a longer life time.

The use of line and motor chokes offers the advantage that a particularly fail-safe and robust drive solution is achieved, since a partial failure does not lead to a complete failure of the drive solution. Especially with high fluctuations in the supply network, we can use line chokes to decouple the drive and make it reliable.

Brake Resitors

Braking resistors are often required for use with converters. We select the brake converter so that it is suitable for the converter so that high loads are braked in the event of an overload and do not damage the drive system or other components.
